• Created by Felipe Camarena in the highland town of Jesús-María at El Pandillo, a highly innovative and one of a kind distillery
• Fermented with rain water, and distilled with a 50/50 blend of rain water and filtered on-property well water

Tasting Notes

Aroma: yeasty minerality, fresh rainfall, cooked agave, mint

Palate: spearmint, freshly cut grass, deeply caramelized agave presenting a warm, full, and medium bodied mouth feel

Finish: rounded, soft and persistent
